Our bodies are designed with sound. Frequencies are the foundation of creation. God creates using His breath, His sound (Genesis 1). This video is an exploration of three main frequencies: 285Hz, 396Hz, 528Hz. There are 9 frequencies in the Solfeggio scale and each of them have corresponding health and restoration benefits for the human body. To God be the glory for His magnificent creation.
